PERFACCT combines competencies in high-performance computing with professional application development. This expertise is used in the project to design software-based methods for continuous energy measurement. Furthermore, software interfaces for the connection and integration of the Network Attached Accelerator (NAA) hardware in the Resource Management Software (RMS) of the HPC data center. The developed tools will be used to evaluate the energy efficiency of the NAA approach and to determine the KPI4DCE metric.
